For custom clothing you order online, we offer several measurement options. After adding a customizable item to your order, on the cart page click on the ‘ADD MEASUREMENTS’ button to see the various options. A description and instructions for each option is below.

ADD MEASUREMENTS:
Easily add your measurements using our instructional images and videos.


USE EXISTING MEASUREMENTS:
Already have recent measurements on file with us? We can use them for your new order.


MAIL IN GARMENT:
Mail in your best fitting garment to our store for us to use for measurement options as follows:

1. Place your order on our website and select the “mail in garment” as your measurement option.

2. After completion of your order, locate your order confirmation email and print it. Alternatively you can also find this via the MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY section of our website after login.

3. For each custom garment you are purchasing, locate a corresponding best fitting garment to ship to us.

4. Package your garments with a copy of your printed order and mail it to the following address:

Ensure to get a tracking number for your package, just in case we need to track it.

5. Upon receipt of your package we will contact you back to confirm receipt and to continue with your custom garment order.

Schedule a fitting with our tailor by filling out the form below.

  • If this is related to an online order, please enter your order#. This can be found via the order confirmation email you received, or via your ORDER HISTORY section of our website after login.
  • Please select your preferred appointment date.
    Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Please select your preferred appointment time. If no time is selected, we will contact you back with available time slots for your selected date.
